During a well check we focus on growth (weight, length/height, head circumference, Body Mass Index), nutrition, motor development (fine motor, gross motor), cognitive development and social interaction, anticipatory guidance, and immunizations.

No Show Policy
There is a $25 for all missed appointments. We reserve the right to dismiss patients from the practice who fail to keep their scheduled appointments.
Late Policy
If you are 15 min late for your appointment, we will try to work you in the same day but reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.
